# Partner Matthew C. Luzadder is Recognized as 2015 BTI Client Service All-Star and MVP

Partner [Matthew C. Luzadder](/Our-People/Matthew-C-Luzadder) has been honored with two 2015 BTI Client Service recognitions: BTI Client Service All-Star and BTI Client Service MVP. This is Mr. Luzadder’s second time being selected as a BTI Client Service All-Star, having received the same honor in 2014. BTI Consulting Group’s list of *2015 Client Service All-Stars* recognizes attorneys who deliver exceptional client service. This year, preeminent corporate counsel from all over the world selected over 350 lawyers for this recognition. Within this esteemed group, Mr. Luzadder is also one of 54 lawyers recognized as a 2015 BTI Client Service MVP, exemplifying the best in firm client service.

According to BTI Consulting’s research with leading decision makers, the key determinants of superior client service are consistently driven by six factors: client focus, innovative thought leadership, exceptional understanding of the client’s business, outsized value, legal skills and outstanding results.

Based in Kelley Drye’s Chicago office, Mr. Luzadder focuses on labor and employment matters, white-collar crime and internal investigations, and commercial litigation. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist® (CAMS) as certified by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
