# Partner Mark A. Konkel is Featured in Fox Business’s ​“The Willis Report” Regarding Reddit CEO Ellen Pao’s Gender Discrimination Case Against Kleiner Perkins

On Fox Business’s ​“The Willis Report,” partner [Mark A. Konkel](/Our-People/Mark-A-Konkel) discussed Ellen Pao’s gender discrimination and retaliation lawsuit against her former employer Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers as the verdict came in. Ms. Pao accused the Silicon Valley venture capital firm that funded Google and Amazon of failing to promote her because of her gender but the jury ruled in Kleiner Perkins’ favor on all counts.
