Hoffman is quoted in an article titled “Legal Issues Among Challenges Facing Commercial Real Estate.” The article discusses the mounting legal issues facing the commercial real estate market driven by factors such as the changes in the mortgage and construction loan marketplace, as well as the growing number of bankruptcies and foreclosures.

Mr. Hoffman advises how brokers can be part of the solution given the current state of the commercial real estate market. He offers suggestions as to how brokers can provide value to their clients and work towards getting a transaction past legal hurdles and to the finish line.
