# Partner Joins Kelley Drye’s Real Estate Practice

Stephen Hauck, formerly of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group. He will practice in both the New York and Parsippany offices, focusing on structured finance and capital markets. He specializes in the representation of investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies and other institutional lenders in connection with the origination and securitization of commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and related products. Mr. Hauck has extensive experience in securitized mortgage loan origination and mezzanine loan origination throughout the U.S. and Europe.
