# Partner Eric R. Wilson Quoted in TheDeal​.com on Four Points and UBI Settlement and Plan

*TheDeal​.com* in an article ​“Four Points Affiliate Gains Windfall” quoted partner Eric R. Wilson and reported on the firm’s successful representation in the bankruptcy settlement and plan involving Four Points Corp. and the Union Bank of Israel Ltd. (UBI). Mr. Wilson, as creditors’ counsel, noted the settlement could provide the estate of the debtor up to $400,000. Mr. Wilson explained the plan pays lender UBI in full over time and gives unsecured creditors a 23% guaranteed cash payout on approximately $5 million of claims.
