The list reveals the top 100 India-focused legal experts outside the country. As a member of the India practice group, Deepak advises clients on cross-border transactions involving the U.S. and India. According to a client, Deepak has ​“strong connections and deep understanding of the Indian legal system.” Deepak has a wide range of corporate and general commercial matters, with special emphasis on technology licensing, mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing transactions. Deepak has been recognized as one of the top Internet and e-Commerce lawyers in *The International Who’s Who of Internet & e-Commerce Lawyers* publication and most recently noted by *US Legal 500* for his work in the Technology-Outsourcing area. In 2016, *Legal Era Magazine* selected Deepak to receive the Young Achievers Award of the Year, Law Firm Category.
