# Partner Christie Grymes Thompson Quoted In Eyeing Marketing Article

Partner Christie Grymes Thompson was quoted in an *Eyeing Marketing* article titled, ​“It’s Deceptive Advertising – How You Can Get Into Trouble.” The article discusses potential trouble marketers find themselves in when using marketing promotions in order to get people to react and pursue them to buy. These marketing tactics include slogans such as, ​“Satisfaction Guaranteed,” ​“We’re Totally Green,” or ​“We Can Beat Our Competitors Prices.” Ms. Thompson warns marketers that ​“when you don’t deliver on your promises, there are a variety of ways you can get in trouble.” In the article, she outlines immediate actions to take if you discover a problem (false advertising) in the middle of an active marketing campaign.
