Kelley Drye [Labor and Employment](/Our-Practices/Litigation-and-Investigations/Labor-and-Employment) practice group co-chair [Barbara Hoey](/Our-People/Barbara-E-Hoey) was quoted in a *Law360* article on Workplace Bias Battlegrounds To Watch In The Next 6 Months.

Discussing the impact that the change in administrations has had at the EEOC, Hoey said, ​“It’s a whole new shift, I think under the Trump administration, they were under-resourced, but under Biden, they’re getting more lawyers, which means more lawsuits.”
