Partner [Alysa Hutnik](/Our-People/Alysa-Z-Hutnik) was quoted in the *DataGuidance* article ​“New Mexico: New data breach law will not upset the apple cart for companies”. The article discusses the introduction of New Mexico’s Data Breach Notification Act, and several data security obligations. Alysa stated that the ​“The Bill, in almost all material respects, tracks the language used in other states, so this new addition will not upset the data breach apple cart for companies.”
