# FTC Settles Case on Privacy, Security of Genetic Information with 1Health​.io

Kelley Drye’s [John Villafranco](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/john-e-villafranco)was quoted in NutraIngredients’ article on the FTC settling the case on privacy and security of genetic information with 1Health​.io.

“AMG Capital was so unexpected, given the FTC’s decades-long reliance on Section 13(b) as a path to dollars, that it is not at all surprising that defendants are tossing Hail Marys, hoping for a score,” said Villafranco.
