# *New York Post* Covers Kelley Drye Partner Andrea Calvaruso’s Argument in Rights of Publicity Lawsuit

[Andrea Calvaruso](/Our-People/Andrea-L-Calvaruso), partner and chair of Kelley Drye’s trademark and copyright group argued in New York Court to dismiss the suit filed against Ralph Lauren filed by Russian supermodel Anastassia Khozissova who alleges that Ralph Lauren Corp. and HBO illegally used her likeness without permission and compensation. Andrea argued that the images of Khozissova in books about the designer were ​“not to promote the sale of Ralph Lauren products … but rather to tell the story of Mr. Lauren’s personal biography.”
