# New York County Lawyer Reports on Commercial Litigation Treatise Edited by Partner Robert L. Haig

The newspaper of the New York County Lawyers’ Association (NYCLA) reported on the publication of the Third Edition of *Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts*. This eight-volume, strategy-oriented treatise covers every aspect of a commercial case in New York state courts.

The publication stated the team of 145 authors includes 20 judges and many of the best-known litigators in the state. It noted partner **Robert L. Haig** serves as Editor-in-Chief. The authors include Kelley Drye partners **Robert E. Crotty** and **William A. Escobar**. A separate article covered the news conference and reception, held to announce the treatise’s publication.
