Quigley. The article noted this was the third consecutive year that the scholarship was awarded to a student at Columbia Law School. The report also included a photo of Mr. Quigley with James J. Kirk, managing partner and Robert L. Haig, a former New York Bar Foundation president and partner at the firm.
