# National Law Journal Notes Kelley Drye’s Representation of Riddell Inc. in Class Action

Kelley Drye was mentioned in the *National Law Journal* article, ​“Helmet Maker Says Consumer Claims Are Unsubstantiated.” Kelley Drye litigation partners [Joseph A. Boyle](/Our-People/Joseph-A-Boyle) and [Michael C. Lynch](/Our-People/Michael-C-Lynch) are representing Riddell and its subsidiaries in a class action matter which alleges claims of false advertising. The article notes that Riddell filed a [motion](http://pdfserver.amlaw.com/nlj/CAPL%20HELMET%200811.pdf) to dismiss the lawsuit on August 1st in New Jersey federal court arguing that the suit is a ​“shell of sensational allegations devoid of substance.”
