Kelley Drye was mentioned in the *Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly* article, ​“Employee Can’t Sue Over Pregnancy Bias,” which reports on Kelley Drye’s successful defense of a Title VII discrimination claim in a Massachusetts federal court on behalf of client Labcorp. Labcorp asserted that the plaintiff’s position had become obsolete due to changing market conditions and the court held, in a summary judgment ruling, that the plaintiff could not establish a prima facie case of discrimination under Title VII. The article notes that partner [**Robert I. Steiner**](/Our-People/Robert-I-Steiner) represented LabCorp in the matter.
