Partner [Thomas W. Cohen](/Our-People/Thomas-Cohen) was quoted in the *Light Reading* article ​“ACA Gears Up for Title II Fight.” This article discusses the potential imposition of common carrier regulations on United States Internet Service Providers, and the reaction of small and midsized providers. Mr. Cohen represents the American Cable Association, which represents smaller providers serving about 6.5 million broadband subscribers. During a panel at the National Cable Television Cooperative Inc. (NCTC) ​‘s Winter Educational Conference, he commented on what would happen if the Federal Communications Commission adopts a Title II regulatory regime for small and midsized broadband providers. ​“We’re off to court…That’s how big it is,” he said.
