Partner **Michael J. Coursey** was interviewed in the ​“Legal Focus” section of L*awyer Monthly*. Mr. Coursey provided commentary on issues surrounding agribusiness, including legal disputes in connection with the movement of food and agricultural commodities across international boundaries, and unfair trade investigations. He also discussed the challenges that face the food and agriculture industry, specifically the prevalence of dumping and subsidy laws, and developing and maintaining socially-reliable distribution chains between foreign producers and their U.S. importers.
