Kelley Drye’s litigation team, partners [Michael Lynch](/Our-People/Michael-C-Lynch) and [Joseph Boyle](/Our-People/Joseph-A-Boyle), along with senior associate [Melissa Byroade](/Our-People/Melissa-E-Byroade) and associate [James Saylor](/Our-People/James-B-Saylor) were mentioned as counsel to Riddell in a false advertising class action suit that accused Riddell of misleading advertising claims relating to their Revolution helmets. The parties agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice.
