Kelly](/Our-People/Henry-T-Kelly) are noted as counsel to Dish Networks LLC in an article headlined, ​“Dish Experts Allowed To Testify In Massive Robocalling Suit.” Illinois U.S. District Judge Myerscough denied the government’s bid to suppress the testimony of Dish’s experts, saying the government could not show why the experts should be disqualified from testifying in the case that accuses Dish Network of making millions of prerecorded calls to numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry, in violation of several statutes and regulation.

According to the Judge, Dish’s three experts are qualified to weigh in on their marketing practices, at the upcoming bench trial.
