U.S. District Judge William Conley rejected the plaintiff’s complaints that she had been receiving unsolicited phone calls after signing up for a Kohl’s credit card because the claims were covered in the cardmember agreement. The Court determined that plaintiff assented to binding arbitration, and granted Kohl’s motion to arbitrate her individual claim and dismissed the action.
