# *Law360* Reports on Kelley Drye’s Settlement of FACTA Class Action Suit Against P.C. Richard

*Law360* reported that a class action suit against P.C. Richard alleging violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act and New Jersey’s Fair Credit Reporting Act, was dismissed. The suit alleged that P.C. Richard had printed credit or debit card expiration dates on sale receipts.

P.C. Richard is represented by [Bill Gyves](/Our-People/William-S-Gyves), [Lauri Mazzuchetti](/Our-People/Lauri-A-Mazzuchetti), and [Glenn Graham](/Our-People/Glenn-T-Graham).
