# Law360 Reports on Kelley Drye’s Representation of XPRT in Lawsuit Against eBay

The article, ​“XPRT Hits eBay with $3.8B Trade Secrets Suit,” was published in *Intellectual Property Law360, Technology Law360* and *Top News Law360*. It covered XPRT Ventures LLC’s lawsuit against eBay and its subsidiaries PayPal Inc., StubHub Inc., Bill Me Later Inc. and Shopping​.com Inc. XPRT asserts its inventors shared patent applications and ideas, which eBay adopted without authorization or compensation.

The article stated: ​“The suit also claims that eBay doctored a confidentiality agreement between the companies, making it appear as if eBay’s obligation to keep XPRT’s ideas secret did not trigger until a later date.

Kelley Drye partner Thomas B. Kinzler is representing XPRT in this matter.
