# Law360 Reports on Kelley Drye Representation of Hydroxatone in Class Action Settlement

In the article ​“Wrinkle Cream Co. Reaches $7M Deal Over ​‘Risk-Free’ Claims,” *Law360* reported that Kelley Drye represented Hydroxatone in a consumer class action lawsuit filed in New Jersey. The putative class sought a declaration that Hydroxatone’s marketing was misleading and asserted claims of unjust enrichment, breach of contract and violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Kelley Drye’s team, including partners **Joseph A. Boyle**, **Michael C. Lynch**, **Lauri A. Mazzuchetti** and associate **Michael Innes**, negotiated a fair and reasonable settlement on behalf of the client this week after months of heated litigation. The settlement will next be presented to the Court for approval.
