Partner [Damon Suden](/Our-People/Damon-W-Suden) was reported as counsel to CA Ventures in the *Law360* article, ​“Real Estate Developer Ducks TCPA Suit Over Marketing Texts.” In a victory for CA Ventures, a Florida federal judge dismissed claims that the company sent a series of unwanted text messages and found that a Florida plaintiff offered no facts showing that the company ever sent the texts.
