Associate [David Reap](/Our-People/David-M-Reap) was mentioned as counsel to amicus curiae New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) in the *Law360* article, ​“NFL Scores NJ High Court Win in Super Bowl Ticket Row.” On January 9, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that the sale of only 1 percent of 2014 Super Bowl tickets to the public via a lottery did not violate a now-repealed state statute, handing a win to the National Football League. As counsel to the NJBIA, Kelley Drye participated in the oral argument and played a key role in the Supreme Court’s decision in favor of the NFL.
