*Law360* reported Kelley Drye’s representation of identity card manufacturer Continental Transfert Technique Ltd. in ​“Nigeria Ordered to Talk or Face Sanctions in $276M Dispute.” In an ongoing dispute over a $276 million arbitration award, a D.C. federal judge ordered Nigeria to prepare for a deposition over its U.S. assets or face sanctions.
