Partner [Mike Lynch](/Our-People/Michael-C-Lynch) was mentioned as counsel to IMG Productions, a subsidiary of Endeavor in the *Law360* article ​“Author Drops Suit Over NFL Player’s Nickelodeon Show.” The article reported that after an arbiter ruled against the plaintiff, Nick Katsoris entered a voluntary dismissal withdrawing his suit which had alleged that Nickelodeon’s parent company Viacom Inc. and IMG Productions made a children’s TV show featuring Loukoumi the Lamb, a character he had created and starring the NFL’s Cam Newton.
