Partner [Robert D. Bickford Jr.](/Our-People/Robert-D-Bickford) was mentioned as counsel to AXA in the *Law360* article ​“RXR Seals $1.65B Buy In One Of Year’s Top Deals.” On May 20, RXR Realty LLC finalized a deal to purchase 1285 Sixth Avenue in New York from an AXA Financial-JPMorgan joint venture for $1.65 billion. That price tag makes it one of the largest U.S. real estate deals of 2016.

A [Kelley Drye team](/News-Events/News/In-the-Media/Law360-Mentions-Partner-Robert-D-Bickford-Jr-and) lead by Mr. Bickford also represented AXA in the January sale of 787 Seventh Ave. in Manhattan to the California Public Employees’ Retirement System for more than $1.942 billion.
