Senior associate [Brooke Ringel](/Our-People/Brooke-M-Ringel) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“US To Hit China With Tariffs Over Tool Chests And Cabinets.” The U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it is finalizing countervailing duties on imports of tool chests and cabinets from China. ​“The domestic industry is pleased with the strong, affirmative finding by Commerce that tool chest producers in China are unfairly subsidized by their government,” Brooke noted. ​“We are one step closer to the relief that U.S. producers sorely need.”
