The *Law360* article, ​“Real Mex Gets Green Light to Auction Assets,” covered the bankruptcy proceeding of the California-based, Real Mex, Inc. The company operates the El Torito, El Torito Grill, Chevys Fresh Mex and Acapulco Mexican Restaurant chains. The article stated, ​“Thomas Kinzler of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, an attorney for the creditors, said the bidding for Real Mex would have to get to around $180 million to satisfy both the noteholders’ debt and the $49 million DIP loan provided by General Electric Capital Corp.” It also noted the creditors committee is represented by partners **James S. Carr**, **Thomas B. Kinzler** and **Eric R. Wilson** of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.
