Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“US Slaps Hefty Import Duties On Chinese, Japanese Steel.” The U.S. Department of Commerce recently finalized a series of import duties that will be applied to imports of Chinese and Japanese steel products after affirming its earlier finding that the goods are earning an unfair foothold in the U.S. market. Mr. Luberda, who represents ArcelorMittal, said, ​“We are extremely pleased with the outcome of those cases and we look forward to seeing the margins in those other cases as they progress.” Partner [John M.
