Partner [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​”US Forges Ahead With More Duties On Foreign Steel.” The U.S. International Trade Commission finalized hefty tariffs on imports of cut-to-length steel plate from Brazil, South Africa and Turkey that had been sold at unfairly low prices. Commerce can now issue the anti-dumping orders requested by the companies — ArcelorMittal, Nucor Corp. and SSAB Enterprises — that brought the case, which also targets imports from nine other steel-producing nations. ArcelorMittal is represented by partners Mr. Rosenthal, [Kathleen Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon), [R. Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda), special counsel [Grace Kim](/Our-People/Grace-Kim) and senior associate [Brooke Ringel](/Our-People/Brooke-M-Ringel). Mr. Rosenthal called the ITC decision ​“an important step in restoring fairness to steel trade and is essential to maintaining jobs in the steel industry, an industry that is key to the nation’s economy and national defense.”
