Partner [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“Commerce Targets 5 Nations In Plastic Resin Dumping Probe.” The U.S. Department of Commerce has decided they will conduct anti-dumping duty investigations of PET resin imports from Brazil, Indonesia, Korea, Pakistan and Taiwan after four U.S. producers filed petitions in September. ​“The imports have hurt the companies quite significantly,” Paul said. ​“Their production has declined, their capacity utilization has declined, their profitability has declined. All of the measures of industry health have declined, so it’s important to remedy the practices of these five countries.”
