Partner [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“ITC Agrees To Review Polyester Imports From Korea, Taiwan.” The U.S. International Trade Commission has agreed to investigate polyester imports from Korea and Taiwan in response to the petition filed by Nan Ya Plastics Corp. Nan Ya claims that the two countries are dumping low-melt polyester staple fiber at below market value prices, damaging the U.S. industry. Paul noted, “\[The ITC decision\] is an important step. The case is strong, so I don’t think anything unusual is going to happen.”
