Partner [Paul C. Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“Commerce Says Chinese Steel Wire Rod Unfairly Subsidized.” The article discusses the U.S. Department of Commerce’s preliminarily determination that Chinese imports of steel wire rod are being unfairly subsidized, moving forward an investigation requested by American steel makers who claimed the domestic industry is being harmed by cheap Chinese imports. Mr. Rosenthal said he was pleased with Commerce’s findings and was optimistic about the investigation’s future results, saying ​“We expect when the dumping margins are published in August to have similar positive results.” The article also notes that petitioners Charter Steel, Evraz, Keystone, ArcelorMittal and Gerdau are represented by Mr. Rosenthal, [Kathleen W.
