Partner and co-chair of the real estate practice group [Paul A. Keenan](/Our-People/Paul-A-Keenan) provided comments to *Law360* regarding Kelley Drye’s representation of New York Life Insurance Co., which provided financing to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC in its $270 million purchase acquisition of a 29-story office tower at 100 Wall Street in New York City.

“The fact that we went from commitment to closing in just four weeks is telling of just how fast-paced today’s market is,” said Mr. Keenan. ​“We were delighted to represent New York Life in this matter.”
