Partner [Michael J. Coursey](/Our-People/Michael-J-Coursey) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“CIT Backs Commerce’s Duties For Chinese Honey Co.” The article discusses how the U.S. Court of International Trade rejected a Chinese honey company’s attempt to undo a U.S. Department of Commerce decision maintaining an anti-dumping duty on its products, ruling that the agency correctly disqualified submissions from the company that were not made in a timely fashion. Mr. Coursey commented that ​“It is a very good decision supporting Commerce in fighting what is a very difficult tendency on the part of many Chinese exporters which is simply not responding to questionnaires until the last minute or even after the last minute and sort of create chaos that goes on for a couple of years.”

Mr. Coursey, along with partner [R. Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda) were also noted in the article as representation for the intervening U.S. honey producers.
