Partner [Ira Kasdan](/Our-People/Ira-T-Kasdan) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“Fannie Mae Beats Contractor’s Whistleblower Suit At DC Circ.” Caroline Herron, a contractor at Fannie Mae, argued that she was retaliated against after she blew the whistle on a mortgage relief program. Herron’s argument was rejected by Judge Collyer, and the D.C. Circuit backed that verdict. ​“We’re gratified that the court affirmed Judge Collyer’s well-reasoned decisions,” Ira said.
