Partner [Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“ITC Greenlights Duties On Chinese, Indian Tubing Imports.” The article discusses the U.S. International Trade Commission’s decision for countervailing duties on tubing from China and India. ​“The domestic industry is very pleased with the commission’s unanimous affirmative determination of injury on subsidized imports of cold-drawn mechanical tubing from China and India,” Alan noted. ​“Relief from the injury caused by these unfairly traded imports has been needed for some time. Domestic producers are hopeful for a similar ruling on dumped imports from China, Germany, India, Italy, Korea and Switzerland in a few months.”
