Partner [R. Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda) was noted as counsel for ArcelorMittal in the *Law360* article ​“Top US Steel Cos. Ask Commerce To End Russian Trade Deal.” The article discusses how Nucor Corp., U.S. Steel Corp., ArcelorMittal USA LLC and other top steel producers urged the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce to terminate a suspension agreement on certain hot-rolled steel products from Russia, accusing Russian hot-rolled steel producers of ​“rampant underselling.”
