Coursey](/Our-People/Michael-J-Coursey) was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“CIT Backs Commerce Review Of Garlic Duties.” The article discusses how the U.S. Court of International Trade upheld the U.S. Department of Commerce’s findings on several components of an anti-dumping determination on garlic from China that it had previously remanded for further review, saying the agency’s calculations were fair and supported by evidence. Mr. Coursey represented the defendant intervenors in the case.
