# Law360 Notes Kelley Drye’s Representation of Steelmakers in ITC Petition

Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda) as representation for steelmaking companies in the article ​“ITC Votes To Continue Chinese Steel Wire Rod Probe.” These companies petitioned the International Trade Commission to investigate certain steel wire rod imported from China and the ITC voted last week, ruling that there was a reasonable likelihood that the rod is being sold in the U.S. at unfairly low prices.
