# Law360 Notes Kelley Drye & Warren For Its Representation of SGL Carbon and Superior Graphite

*Law360* reports in an article titled ​“CIT Halts Liquidation Of Chinese Electrodes In Dumping Case” that Kelley Drye partner **Alan Luberda** represented SGL Carbon and Superior Graphite in front of the U.S. Court of International Trade. These companies challenged the U.S. Commerce Department’s findings that Chinese electrode producers have stopped selling their products in the U.S. at below-market value, and the CIT judge granted a preliminary injunction preventing the U.S. government from liquidating imports of graphite electrodes from China subject to anti-dumping duties until a case brought by domestic producers challenging the review of the duties has run its course.
