Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group chair [Eric Wilson](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and partner [Jason Adams](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) were mentioned in *Law360*​’s article ​“RadioShack Gets Court OK On Sprint Wind-Down Settlement,” as representing the official committee of unsecured creditors in RadioShack’s bankruptcy. The article discussed a settlement with Sprint Corp. to unwind the partnership forged in the debtor’s previous bankruptcy nearly two years ago. The settlement provides for a $12 million ​“wind down” payment from Sprint to General Wireless and the assignment of 115 leases for their co-branded store locations. Sprint will also receive rights to the furniture, fixtures and equipment at 245 other locations where Sprint is the primary tenant.
