Firm partner and chair of the firm’s [Bankruptcy and Restructuring](/Our-Practices/Transactional/Bankruptcy-and-Restructuring) practice, [Eric Wilson](/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and partner [Jason Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) were mentioned in *Law360*​’s article ​“RadioShack Defends Plan For $1.4M In Executive Bonuses,” as representing the official committee of unsecured creditors in RadioShack. The article discussed RadioShack’s plan to pay top-level employees inventive bonuses, indicating that employees that are eligible for the bonuses are working above their call of duty. RadioShack filed for Chapter 11 protection on March 8, about two years after a company formed by hedge fund Standard General LP bought the chain during its prior Chapter 11 case that kept its locations operating as a going concern.
