Smith](/Our-People/David-C-Smith) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Trade Court Lets Commerce Revisit Mexican Wire Rod Ruling.” The article discusses how the U.S. Court of International Trade sent a duty circumvention suit over Mexican steel wire rod back to the U.S. Department of Commerce for a second time, leaving a sliver of hope for producers looking to show that a Mexican company is exploiting a loophole in the duty order.
