Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) are noted as counsel to the GT Advanced Technologies unsecured creditors in the *Law360* article ​“Apple Supplier’s Ch. 11 Judge Doubts Need For Secrecy.” The article focuses on Apple Inc.‘s wish to seal documents related to their relationship with GT Advanced Technologies in the context of bankruptcy proceedings. The presiding judge is challenging Apple to show concrete risk to its trade secrets if the information does go public. Hearings were adjourned until October 21, in order to give the unsecured creditors time to formulate a position.
