Partners [Bob Bickford](/Our-People/Robert-D-Bickford-Jr) was mentioned in the *Law360* article, ​“Foley, Kelley Drye Guide $175M NYC Hotel Deal.” Bob provided counsel to UBS Realty in the sale of The Quin, a historic New York City hotel, to Hilton Grand Vacations Inc.. The Quin’s rooms, which opened first in 1929, will be converted from hotel rooms to timeshare studios as Hilton Grand Vacations Inc.’s fourth property in New York City.
