Partners [Robert D. Bickford Jr.](/Our-People/Robert-D-Bickford-Jr) and [W. Christian Drewes](/Our-People/Chris-Drewes) are noted in the *Law360* article ​“Brookfield, Swig Set To Take Over HBO Office Space.” Brookfield Property Partners and Swig Co. signed a long-term lease for an office and retail tower that was previously occupied by HBO, located at 1100 Avenue of the Americas. When the entertainment company moves out in 2019, Robert and Swig are planning on developing the 38,000 square foot building.

The Kelley Drye team represented the landowner, the Nickerson family, on the deal.
