[Eric Wilson](/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and [Bill Gyves](/Our-People/William-S-Gyves) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Bank Wants Defunct Airplane Co.’s $23.3 M Hoard Doled Out,” as counsel to UMB Bank NA in a suit against a defunct aircraft leasing company. The bank represents investors who lent money to Airplanes Ltd. and wants to distribute the company’s remaining $23.3 million to its bondholders.

In its filing, UMB says that bondholders take priority over other expenses and the Airplanes Group no longer has a legal right to maintain any reserve.
